Typical Coaching Session

1. Emotional Check-in: How you are you doing as a whole person?

2. Habits & Grade Check-in:

How well are you following through on building new or strengthening habits this past week?

How are your new skills affecting your grades?

Check growth in various visual ways.

3. Skill Building & Self Advocacy: What skills need practice so your next week is awesome?

4. Planning Ahead: What are the action tasks you will commit to next week? How will you know you accomplished your action tasks? What kind of reminders do you need?
